Please ensure the hygiene seal remains intact, as hair extensions are a sanitary product and cannot be returned once handled or applied.

Prepare Your Package
Securely place the unopened hair extensions in their original gold-standard packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are undisturbed to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Viola
Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the hair for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
